PayPoint offers a mobile banking platform that is USSD, Android and iOS enabled. As part of our emerging market offering that is mobile phone agnostic, the solution offers a USSD module for banking customers that need to perform quick transactions utilising “short code strings” on their mobile phones, for example *123*450#. Our Platform functionality enables users to perform formal banking transactions via integration to their Bank Service Provider’s core banking system.
Our Platform offers other modules, such as VAS services, that are integrated with third party VAS Service Providers to perform a real-time debits from customer accounts when purchasing VAS products, whilst simultaneously crediting the Service Provider’s bank account. Our VAS module platform is flexible and secure with direct integration to Mobile Operator “IN” platform systems and any other VAS provider legacy system.
Our platform functionality offers “quick menus” enabling users to communicate with chosen services items such as banking transactions, mobile network operators, electricity distributors, insurance companies, bill payments or any organisation providing a service to banks and their clients.
Furthermore, bank clients can perform their quick bank account balance enquiries, buy airtime or electricity, send money to beneficiaries or perform formal bank transactions such as paying pre-configured beneficiaries linked to their bank accounts.
Our Back Office’s Platform comprises an open architectural platform design, offering API (Application Programming Interface) modules for secure and easy integration.
Other Mobile Banking Solution modules include a Messaging Module providing messages such as SMS’s or Emails as part of the WASP (Wireless Application Service Provider) solution to our Platform. SMS messages are ideal for OTP’s, (One Time PIN’s) or any other messages related to our bank service offerings to mobile banking clients.
